Chandigarh University and HBTU Kanpur, which is best?

hbtu kanpur has great placement record in cs/it and also the atudent crowd is good as its cutoff is high

In 2018 uber offer 37 lpa highest pakage ever given to a cs student and it is also published in news paper

If I was there at your place ,I would have compare following points:

(I) Infrastructure-PEC is better than HBTU

(II)City -Chandigarh is far better than Kanpur

(III) Fees-fee for PEC is very high compared to HBTU

(IV) Placement-Because of location effect ,more companies visit PEC but HBTU holds a good alumini network.Placement is same in both the colleges.

Choose wisely!!!
