civil engineering from Ramaiha institute of technology good or not

I can't say about Ramaiha Institute of Technology for Civil engineering course.Lovely Professional University is One of India’s Best Civil Engineering college in Punjab, School of Civil Engineering empowers its students with state-of-the-art technologies and latest labs that are at par with international education standards. I did MBA from LPU and I had many friends from Civil Engineering, so I have idea course,Placements,Curriculum, etc.

One of my friend told that,This programme at LPU include a blend of hands-on experiential learning and theoretical foundational courses. The very best include a mix of traditional learning in laboratories and classrooms with cooperative programs that allow students to gain work experience. Others may include independent research with faculty members another good bet for individuals hoping to go directly into research or the workforce upon graduation.

Coming to faculty, they are one of the best mentors to us & everything here is up to the mark. The faculty is supporting if one is willing to learn. They teach the subjects with their full effort. Writing board, screen-projector, labs are used to teach. The college arranges frequent industry visits. New innovative ideas were framed into working models and were showcased to 10000+ school students.

The capstone project is an integral part of B. Tech program in which students have to pick a live project based on practical problem-based scenario (ideally from industry) and work for six months under a mentor and present a report at the end. This is beneficial to enhance your presentation skills.

Industrial visits are organized to nearby construction sites from time to time. There, you can see actual construction work going on. Be prepare to have dust on your shoes (believe me, it will be worth a lot). You have to ask questions yourself and trigger interest in the activities around you.

In order to enhance the learning experience of the civil engineering students, the University has established a laboratory named, Uni lab mechanical testing of building and construction material. National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) is a Constituent Board of Quality Council of India (QCI) that provides CAB (Conformity Assessment Boys) accreditation.

With better theoretical and practical knowledge, students are much more competent than any other university. LPU has very good placement records and good infrastructure, companies visit campus, L & T, Simplex Piles Ltd, Era Infrastructure, Gammon India Ltd to name a few. Industrial visits are organized to nearby construction sites from time to time. There, you can see actual construction work going on.

To work in this profession, students are supposed to be familiar with software like MS-Project, STAAD Pro, MX Road, etc. Nonetheless, students will be trained in Auto CAD in your second year which is a prerequisite for any Civil Engineer.

Students are placed in companies like Cleanmax Solar, Al Rakha(UAE), Dharam Consulting, Era Infra Engineering Ltd., KEC International, Simplex, WSP India, XL Dynamics, CVENT, Rishishwar Construction, Premier Developers and Contractors, etc.

PLACEMENTS:

Choose wisely where your want to study as it will be a key factor in determining your future. It was my point of view, my experience that I shared. Research for other universities too and find out which one suits you the best.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology is one of the most prestigious colleges in Bangalore , its Civil and Mechanical branches are one of the best. The teachers there are highly experienced and have high qualifications as well. They are also very well known for their placement as well. According to the placement statistics of 2020, a few students from Civil have been placed at prestigious companies like Amazon as well.

Hello dear , Yes civil engineering from MS Ramaiah institute of technology is good , because MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology is among the best private colleges in India.It has secured a rank under 40 in the latest NIRF ranking. The placement stats of the college is very good for CSE/IT and ECE. However, placements for civil engineering are not that good as other branches.
