Could I link sc certificate which is from UP, not to Delhi ,in DU registration form.

for du admissions your caste certificate should be issued by central govenment of india . i am not sure whether du acccepts state caste certificates or not have a check on it . but to be on safer side try to make central governments caste certificate .but if have any urgency then link UP's caste certificate
