Currently I'm studying diploma in Electrical Enggineering & I want to do B.Tech through lateral entry.Will I get the same opportunity in campus placement as like a pure B.Tech(4 years) student?

Hello,
Since you are doing Diploma in Electrical Engineering you have more knowledge regarding labs and subjects than B.Tech students. You can join in B.Tech after completing your diploma through Lateral Entry. If you do B.Tech after Diploma then you have a very high chance of getting a good job equal to B.Tech students. The students who do B.Tech after Diploma will get more technical skills than the students who do job after Diploma and salary is also high. You will definitely get the same opportunity as B.Tech students as both of you are equal in your 4th year of B.Tech.
