Cutoff rank in neet2019 karnataka for non karnataka in 1 st round is there any chance for 478 telangana student

Also , you have not mentioned your rank ,so i consider you to be a general category cabdidate.

And under central counselling , considering the previous year cutoffs , you do not have chances for the government medical colleges of karnataka.

You only have chances  , if you either belong to SC or ST category.
