Yes, you will be eligible for GATE exam if you  complete your B.Tech from BCE, MIT Muzaffarpur or GCE. The eligibility of GATE exam is to have graduated with a degree in B.Tech or B.E. from recognized institution.

Infact, you can apply for any stream of your choice in GATE exam. So, don't hesitate if you are getting admission in any of these colleges.
