If your caste is BC-E (Shaikh/Muslim), do not automatically select OBC in the Navodaya form just because you have a state BC certificate. For OBC reservation, your community must be in the Central OBC list and you must meet NCL requirements.

EWS is different and should be selected only if you independently meet the EWS eligibility criteria and have the required certificate.
