Considering your experience of so long and that too in government sector, i think you would do excellent in management. Your idea is unique and noble and i would suggest you to enroll in any management course and then you can start your own farm that would be excellent. Indigenous schools you will learn various management skills and techniques which you can utilise while doing the business.
