Hello Abhay,
According to last year's, 2018 , after 2nd round seat allotment list the last student to get a seat under ESI QOUTA and with OBC reservation had an All India rank of 126729.
The student was allotted BDS in ESIC Dental College , Gulbarg.
I don't think that with a score of 285 you must have got that much of rank.
