Calm down. You need not worry about the mistake committed in entering Class 12 school address.

CBSE will provide a correction window from March 12 to March 16, 2018, and you may correct this mistake of yours then.

During this time, you will be able to correct any mistakes/information entered if desired. Only some fields like choice of exam city, language of question paper, your name, etc. will not be allowed to be changed, but fields like school address, percentage of marks, etc. will be open to correction.

Besides this, it is my believe that unless the information entered has been mistakenly entered and affects your eligibility criteria, do not panic about it. Majorly details like your age, Class 12 marks, Class 11 year, etc. will be taken into account at the time of deciding the eligibility of your application.
