CBSE also provides application form correction date, Means if any candidate entered something mistakenly can correct his/her mistake in between provided specific date. NEET form last submission date is 9th March 2018. Correction Date announced is between 12th march to 16th march 2018. You just have to log in and correct whatever needs to be corrected...
