No.. sorry you aren't eligible to fill neet ug application form.According to the latest notification issued by mci and neet ug officials , the students having biology as additional subject or having biotechnology, aren't eligible for neet ug.

You can surely fill up Neet 2018 form, as one who have Bio as subject either optional or Main subject in 11 & 12 can apply for Neet examination.

According to the official notification which was released on 8th February 2018, CBSE has strictly mentioned that those students who have Biology as an optional subject in PCMB, are not eligible for NEET exam.
Sorry, but yes this is a new role implemented from this year.
