Hey,
For admission in Delhi University through Non-entrance based that is merit based it is recommended to strive and score above 95+ as the cutoff is quite high and to get admission in good colleges you need to score as much as you can.
There are colleges whose cutoff come down to 85-90 percentage depending upon the course by the release of third list but to be sure try to score 95+ in 12th Borad examination for admissions in DU.
