Hello Student,

You cannot qualify for IIIT after class 10th. In order to pursue a B.Tech course, you need to clear of 10+2 with PCM with a minimum of 60%. You are also required to clear the JEE exam and get through the JoSAA counselling rounds.

My suggestion is that if you are looking to pursue some technical courses immediately after 10th, you can opt for ITI courses.
