Do date and name on Photograph is mandatory??

Hii,
While filling the NEET Application form, one has to follow certain rules guided by National Testing Agency (NTA). It is Not mandatory to mention Name and date on Photograph. So you can either make it or not , there is no problem with that. But you should carry passport size photograph to the Examination hall with date and name.
