Are the name and taking date mandatory on the photograph which is needed for attendance sheet in NEET 2018 exam centre ?

See, as per rules it has to be the same photograph that you uploaded in your application. Sometimes, some centres do allow photographs without name and date if it's the same photograph. But, why take risk? Just get few more copies of the photo that you uploaded...or get name and date attached in photo studio, they can do that .
