Do i compulsory need to apply 4 the college which I'v got in the 1st list of du ,for being the part of nxt list .Or can I wait 4 nxt list?

If you are not getting college of your choice in DU 1st cut off list then you can wait for the next cut off list.There is No complustion to take the college in 1st cut off list.
