do I get admission for bsc mathematics in govt colleges if i got 81% in total and 91% in maths

First of all see that's completely your decision. If you have passion in mathematics then only you should go for that. As being a mathematics student I can suggest you to see the actual syllabus of mathematics Honours at first.because there are no similar it is in mathematics of class 10 plus two level and graduation level. Don't do the mistake. But if you are really passionate about mathematics you must should go for that.

In Government College in this marks you can get admission easily in BSC mathematics but if it is some top colleges like DU , BHU aur Saint Xaviers College Kolkata then may you cannot get into. Here is a list of some top colleges
