I think you asked the same question earlier on the portal and I told you to provide your All India Rank in the exam. And told that if you score an AIR between 5000- 6000 you have chances of getting the seat.
If you don't provide full information, it becomes quite difficult to predict the probability. Kindly check on the previous answer as well.

As per the previous years data, your chances of getting a seat are less even with SC reservation.

KIIT has approximately 700 seats for CSE. And SC Category has 15% reservation. Which means approximately 105 seats are allotted for SC Category for CSE branch. So with a rank of 1353 Category rank, atleast 1200 Candidates should skip taking CSE branch which might not be a possibility. But KIIT introduced 2 branches in the year 2016 Computer Science and Communication Engineering with 200 seats and Computer Science and System Engineering with 200 seats. These are similar to CSE. With this, the total no.of seats available is 1100 for CSE branch. If you are interested in any of these 2 groups, the chances are likely but within 700 seats, the chances are difficult.
