Yes ,you have to qualify JEE exam 2 along with WBJEE . To get admission in B.ARCH program at Jadavpur university your Jee mains exam 2 rank is also taken along with WBJEE rank.
Or there is an alternative to give your NATA score along with your WBJEE rank to get admission in B.ARCH program at Jadavpur University.

The admission will be done on the basis of NATA and counseling is through WBJEE.
