    YES, for a safer side you do need to appear for NEET as there are institutes which require your NEET percentile for admission whereas there are certain institute which conduct their own inhouse examinations for shortlisting candidates.

    So its completely on you and the institute you want to complete your graduation from.. Do a detailed survey before hand. It will help you.
