Hi
You not mentioned the name of the entrance examination regarding to which you are asking whether mobile phones are electronic items are allowed or not.
Nevertheless , NO , in any examination mobile phones or electronic gadgets are not allowed be it board examination or entrance examination like JEE mains or NEET, or competitive examination like SSC etc.
You have to submit mobile phones etc at the examination centre before entering it.
