No, the cutoffs are based on Best of 4 subjects.
The best of 4 for science courses includes at least one Language English or Hindi.
Now depending on course like of you want Zoology Hons., Physics Hons., Chemistry Hons., Botany Hons., or Micorbiology Hons. you must have other 3 subjects as PCB (most of the colleges accept it, but according to guidelines if you choose other than the mentioned subjects there you've to face deduction on few %ages).
