The Intership opportunities are provided by Companies to Students so that they could get familiar with Industry practices. The Conversion of Intership into Full time Opportunity depends on the performance of Intern . Once your Internship is near to end, your company will evaluate your performance during internship Duration. If you have performed according to their expectations, then you could get Full time offer. If you haven't performed well or they don't have any full time vacancy then you could be asked to leave.
