Do we have to apply separately for private colleges of other state or we can apply for them through neet all india counselling?

As per your query, I would like to tell you from 2017 All the Medical college (private as well as government) comes under the NEET. So don't need to apply separately for Manipal, SRM college.
As all the Private colleges/Universities come under NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test).
