No, but you must have passed 10+2 in the year 2018, 2019 or 2020 to be eligible.You must also have minimum percentage in qualifying exam exam to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs.And the criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Maths, Physics and Chemistry with atleast 75% (general category) and 65% for SC/ST.
And there is no age limit.So if you fulfill the above eligibility criteria you are eligible to get admission in IITs.

As there is no age restrictions in jee main you can appear in jee main. You must have completed your 10+2 in 2018,2019 or 2020. However there may me difficulties in taking admissions. You can check details here
