Hey dear, i didn't get the tone of your question, but i want to tell you that none of the cse engineer looses his/her job at the age of 40, instead they become more senior and get into some managerial or some sort of chief engineer post. They only can loose job if they are not working properly in the industry, the boss can fire them for sure.
