Does I need medical certificate as i am a PWD student ? Or not as i already have udid card and disability certificate? And which document does i need to upload on medical certificate option is it medical certificate (as mentioned in jossa business rule ) or udid card or any one of above

See if you have a disability certificate and udid then also you need to have a medical certificate properly signed by the doctors. At the time of counselling when reporting at the alloted institute it checks your disability certificate duly signed in by the doctor . Having an extra medical certificate would also help you to prove the same.
However a medical certificate is required by the authority to participate at the time of counselling. It is different from the disability certificate and every student taking part in the counselling needs to submit this certificate. It basically contains your medical health information.
So even you have a disability certificate , a medical certificate is also required to prove your medical health.
