    Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will conduct JEE Main 2019 counselling and seat allotment for all the qualified and eligible candidates. JEE mains conducting counselling ,

    1 . For Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs)

    2. For Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs)

    3.F or National Institutes of Technology (NITs)

    No though OPECA had  demanded  the inclusion of deemed universities but that wasnt approved so JEE does not include deemed universities.
