Hey,
The cutoff for general category students in good colleges go very high. For B.Com Honours in colleges like Shri ram College for Commerce or Sri Venkateswara College,the cutoff goes above 97-98 percent.
However,your score is pretty decent and you can get colleges like Deen Dyaal Upadhyay, Aurobindo, ARSD, Dyal Singh.

First of all congo for scoring such high percentage as with this percentage as a general category person you can get colleges in Delhi universty like:
- Dyal Singh college
- PGDAV
- Moti Lal Nehru
- Deshbandhu, Ramanujan
- SBSC evening
- Deen Dyal Upadhya
- Aurobindo, B.R. Ambedkar.

Sir tell something about dev khasla college.. I checked cutoff of last year... And its 3rd cutoff was 94%....
