The colleges in delhi university are in english medium. Every colleges follow the rules i.e they strictly follow english medium. Students can write their papers in the languages they prefer  which comes under the college rules.

Hi, excluding the language courses like arabic, sanskrit, bengali, french, german, italian, persian, urdu, punjabi, spanish all other courses are english medium and require the candidate to include english in the calculation of best of four as well. All the language courses also incluse other elective courses which are also english medium.
