During Jee Adv registration i registered & completed Step1. in step i selected 2 files ready in their website for final uploadingbut before uploading the time was over & couldn't complete step2? will i get admit card & chance to write exam?

You atleast could have tried to complete the registration process before the ending of the deadlines. It is expected that the deadlines won't be extended further so at this point there is a high probability that you will not get your admit card.
