Since your 12th marks are less than 75%, you are not eligible to get admission in any NIT, IIIT or CFTI.
Though you can look for various options like other state engineering exams or some good private colleges or universities but as far as JEE is concerned, your rank might land you at some good colleges but I'm afraid that with this percentage, you won't be able to get admission there.
