For 2nd round of all India quota, I've first filled MBBS seats and then in the last I've filled 3 BDS colleges.

Dear Aspirant ! They will give priority in the order you have filled your choices. If you have filled MBBS choices prior to the BDS choices then MBBS choices will be given priority. Don't worry about this . If you have any other query mention them in the comment section.
