For 513 marks OC from Telangana are there chances if applied in AIQ quota in Telangana and AP for a free seat or only sufficient to apply in state quota ?

Hello,
At a neet score of 513 you have no chances at 15% all india quota as but you can apply at state quota seats for oc category also this year cutoff has increase significantly.
