For Bitsat if i miss the cutoff for CS stream by say 10 marks, will i still get CS?

First of all, let me tell you BIT Mersa and BITS Pilani, Hyderabad and Goa are two different institutes. so, don't mix them at all.

if you are getting a little bit low score that required cutoff of BITS Pilani then opt for BITS Hyderabad or BITS Goa. They are also too good. All of the three have their avg placement in 10 - 11 Lakhs. the highest placement is more of Pilani then Goa and then Hyderabad.

All of them are one of the finest in India Engineering Colleges. So don't hesitate if you are getting CS in any one of them.

Usually in Pilani, CS cutoff is around 380 out of 450

in Hyderabad, CS cutoff is around 330 out of 450

in Goa, CS cutoff is around 350 out of 450

No problem with this it depends upon the number of students taking admission. It is just that you have to show some patience and wait for the second or third round of the counseling.

Also, the merit varies for its different branched so you can try in the other branches of Mesra and Hyderabad rather than Pilani.
