for gap certificate (jee dropper) is it must we should make it from court ? and also please tell me of which amount we should buy stamp papers?

For gap certificate you have make an affidavit (stamp paper) from the court as it is necessary to make it from the court itself . The amount of these stamp paper usually are of 100 rupees and not more than that. But the person who will make these affidavit ,he will also charge a service amount for him.
