For MBBS course in special category form they asked to produce FULL SIZE photo.is it means passport size photo or postcard size photo?

Hey,
THe full size photo mentioned by you is not passport or postcard size photo according to me. It's demanding your full length photo from bead to toe that needs to be submitted in special category form for state quota.
You can see the form and will get to know that length of photo you are required to submit. There might be instructions given on the front page of the form.

Dear Applicant,
I hope you are doing well, about your question it will be a passport size photograph. If they want a post card size they will mention it or the dimensions.
Other few details too keep in mind are...
- You will have to take 6-8 Passport size and 4-6 Post Card size (4"X6") colored photographs in white background.
- These photographs will be used at the time of uploading on Online Application Form, for examination and also for Counselling/Admission.
- The postcard photo will be asked during the time of examination.
