For NEET UG, do all colleges conduct the college round or stray vacancy on the same day in WB? Can a person apply in different colleges?

The list of vacant seats after the mop up round will be released and the seats will be filled at college level through Stray Vacancy round. And this will be conducted purely on merit basis. It is highly unlikely that any seats would be left vacant in Government Medical Colleges. This stray vacancy round is mostly conducted for Deemed/Central Universities after the mop up round. Neverthless for stray vacancy roumd, as it is held at college level, you will have to check the list and reach out to the college's official website for the dates. And domicile does not apply for Stray Vacancy round.
