You don't need to register or make payments again for round-2 if you have already done the same for round-1 but you need to make fresh choices again for round-2 as the c hoices submitted in round-1 will be treated as null and void and mind that you have to use the same login credentials as used in round-1 .

You need not register for second round of counselling if you have already registered in first round of counselling.
You just need to fill the choices and make payment. Last day for payment is 13 July 2019(12:00 noon) and choice filling ends on 14 July 2019.
