This comparison is unfair on Ganpat University, simply because LPU is at a different level altogether in terms of scale of quantity and quality both.

All the engineering programs need one thing primarily, THE UPDATED and RELEVANT curriculum. Tech programs are curated for building talent for industry, and the industry consultations, lectures, panel discussions, interactions, internships, certifications, projects, consultancies and entrepreneurship plus pro bono community development projects are all the factors which are most important for program curators to provide.

LPU has made significant progress in all these things for its technology students.

Moreover, these days the corporate like to prefer the professionals who are not only strong technically, but also polished and have well rounded personality and be presentable too. LPU's focus on the soft skills, networking skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, ethics, values, cross cultural sensibilities and professional etiquette is legendary, normally what is treated just as a chore in other institutions (Interview preparatory classes for one to two months) is a full fledged department at LPU which kicks in its modules from the beginning of the program and goes on till the end ! giving a prolonged exposure to all the points mentioned above.
