Yes you are eligible for comedk exam,
For BE Aerospace engineering or other course in engineering the eligibility of comedk is the student should have passed second PUC, 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination recognized by state or central government. Mathematics and physics and chemistry is mandatory. The marks will be above 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC categories) and should also have passed in the subjects.
