Good afternoon. I got 79.8 percentile in neet 2019. Is it possible for me to get government seat?

Dear Sir / Ma'm, mere qualifying the cut-off percentile does not alone guarantee you a seat. With this percentile, it would not be possible for you to get a seat through the 15% All India quota counselling. You need to pay better attention to your state counselling where you might have better chances more so if you are a resreved category candidate. Since, you have not specified your state of domicile, we could not come up with further details.
