I am getting 603 marks in neet 2019.Is it possible for me to get a seat in ims Bhu.

With 603 marks your rank will be under 2000. Last year closing rank for general category student was 761 and for dental it was 13890 for IMS BHU.
Considering last year data, there are moderate chances of getting MBBS seat but chances of getting BDS seats are very high.
