With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 2000-5000. If you are in general category you can definitely apply for colleges like NLUs Shimla, Aurangabad and Nagpur. And if you have the domicile for any of these states then you'll surely get through. If you are from other categories then you can also expect NLUs like Delhi, Cuttack or Ranchi. Keep your hopes high since you've a decent score
