got 376 marks in neet exam with punjab domicile in general category rank 73783..... please tell me the chances and suggest colleges

Hello,
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government medical colleges in punjab even through state quota .last year the cutoff marks for general category was518.you can get some private dental colleges or so
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
