Hello dear..
When after completing your 1st year you can transfer your college or may be migrate easily. 1. check the vacancy of seats left in another college.
2. your grades will be high in 1st year of MBBS.
3. Take NOC( Non objection certificate ) from your college and another also college where you want to take admission.
4. When follow this steps you can Migrate your college.
