The possibility of getting admission in NIT is totally depends on the JEE Mains rank. And a criteria of only 75% in 12th boards for the elogibilty of the entrance exam for getting into NIT. Hope this will help you.

If you belong to PwD category, then you need only 65% marks to be eligible for admission at NITs. Since you meet that criteria, you are eligible. But please note that admission will be based on JEE Main rank only - and the good NITs have pretty stiff cutoffs.
