Considering the previous year statistical data, I am sorry to say but getting a MBBS seat in Private medical college in Kerela that too with state quota is not possible with the score of 410.This holds true for BDS as well in private college.
I would suggest you to not lose hope yet and wait for NTA to announce result and let counseling begin.
