HARYANA STATE COUNCELLING OTHER STATE THROUGH JEEMAIN STUDENTS ARE APLICABLE OR NOT APPLICABLE

It is applicable but 85% seats are reserved for the Haryana state students while 15% for the other states. So you can register yourself first on the Haryana Btech admission forms and then wait for the counselling.
